ECE 109 - Early Language and Literacy Development
This course emphasizes creative development and critical thinking from birth through primary-aged children. Topics will include theories of language acquisition, strategies for effective educational intervention, English as a second language, analyzing children’s literature, the art of storytelling, and effective strategies for learning to read.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of EDU 101 and PRO101EC, a grade C or higher in EDU 101
