Use project management software and collaboration platforms (e.g., scheduling, dashboards, issue/risk logs) to track progress, manage changes, and maintain audit trails.
Leverage AI-enabled tools responsible for planning, task breakdown, schedule/budget forecasting, risk identification, documentation, and meeting summaries with human oversight, accuracy checks, and ethical safeguards.
