This certificate builds job-ready skills for entry-level roles in business operations, administration, accounting support, and human resources while offering a clear on-ramp to entrepreneurship or future management study. Grounded in real workplace tasks, the program develops strengths in office workflows, budgeting and finance basics, HR and payroll support, project coordination, customer service, negotiation, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptable leadership. Designed for immediate employability, it also stacks toward further academic goals: credits apply to the Associate in General Studies and may transfer to bachelor’s programs at other colleges and universities. Flexible, learner-centered delivery and multilingual support help working adult students succeed and advance.
