MAT 118 - Introduction to Statistics



This course introduces students to concepts in descriptive and inferential statistics, covering topics including measures of central tendency, data analysis, graphing, probability, correlation, linear regression, sampling, confidence intervals, and hypotheses testing.

Prerequisite(s): Appropriate score on math placement test, completion of MAT 098  or higher, or instructor permission.
