Students are encouraged to read, analyze, discuss, and write, studying both the content and rhetoric of selected essays. Grammar instruction will be limited and introduced as needed. Students requiring extra grammar help will be referred to the Office of Academic Support Services for assistance. This course is comprised of lectures, workshops, and writing laboratory sessions.
