ECE 102 - Introduction to the Para-Educators
This course is designed to provide aspiring para-educators with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support students and educators in classroom settings. Participants will explore the role of para-educators in inclusive education environments, develop strategies for supporting diverse learners, and gain practical experience in facilitating student engagement and academic success. Through a combination of theoretical learning, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions, participants will emerge equipped to make meaningful contributions to the educational experience of all students.
