ECE 103 - Introduction to Early Childhood Education
This course provides a comprehensive overview of early childhood education, focusing on the foundational principles, theories, and practices that guide the education and care of young children from birth through age 8. Students will explore the historical, philosophical, and social contexts of early childhood education and examine the various developmental stages and learning needs of young children. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the roles of educators, families, and communities in supporting children’s growth and development.
